Human Life International (HLI) calls itself a pro-life missionary group. The organization is staunchly anti-abortion and anti-birth control. HLI considers birth control “the root of the culture of death,” abortion “the tragic consequence of failed contraception,” marriage “established by God and threatened by man” and reproductive technologies “unethical procedures of procreation.”
